"If You are Lucky Enough to Live in Aspen, You're Lucky Enough."

Do people think you're happy? I would guess so. Do you?

Are you happy? Yes.

What band would you stand in line for 24 hours to see? Hmmm, do they have to still be alive? Damien Marley, Everlast (I’m still upset that I couldn’t go to their show at the Belly Up yesterday), Flogging Molly, Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Slightly Stoopid, Tom Petty…

If you were in a band, which role would you be? Hahaha, hard to imagine because I’m not very musically inclined, so maybe a roadie?

Who do you love most in the whole world? My family, all my friends, & Emmy!

What was your worst childhood experience? I’ve probably blocked most of them out, the only thing that comes to mind is getting pushed in the deep end of the pool when I was too young to know how to swim & then no one coming to save me- I eventually sucked it up and made it to the side. All in all, not that scarring.

Do you dance and sing at the top of your lungs when no one's around? Oh hell yes.

Do you like rainy days? No! I love the sun.

Do you consider yourself patriotic? Sure, in the sense that I’m an American.

How much do you care about your family? Very much.

What is the one thing that you need to do to die happy? I’m trying to move away from quantifying happiness and success in terms fulfilling the roles we are raised with a sense of entitlement to (such as mother, wife, etc). I just want to live every day without fear and without holding back and with love, and if I could do that for the rest of my life, I think I will feel pretty good calling it a day at the end.

Do you consider yourself mainstream? No. Normal is only a setting on the washing machine.

What's the riskiest thing you've ever done? Try and get back into the country with only my student ID, absolutely no money and no back-up plan. God must have taken pity on me, cause it worked.
