Zen

There are things I need to do to retain my sanity. I solemnly swear to begin pursuing them.

1. Exercise every day
2. Limit the amount of sugar and corn syrup in my diet
3. Get 8 or more hours of sleep per day
4. Be extremely clean, and clean the house more often
5. Go out with friends more
6. Try to keep my family from freaking out and killing me
