Things are going fairly well today: his pain hasn't been too bad, and at some points this morning he was doing really well. The incision on his back is healing so fast I can't believe it. Already, the top 1/3 of it has come completely together and scarred over. Sometimes he goes pretty out of it, and he goes on about strange things that don't make any sense to me. But on the whole, I think the entire business is going very well.
I feel much less stressed than yesterday, but I'm really starting to miss some of what I left in Seattle. But Colorado is unbelievably beautiful, and the weather has been amazing.
I feel pretty good though, because I know we're all going to come through all of this, and also I feel like I really am making a big difference in the situation. So its all good, for real.
