Low Rising
I'm going skiing for the first time this season tomorrow. I'm excited.
I drove up tonight in the blizzard. At the top of Vail Pass, suddenly, the wind changed directions and blew all the snow straight into the windshield, and everything went white for a little while. I stopped on the highway, and sat there in the dark-- there was no one else on the road. It was like what I imagine nuclear winter would look like. Like the end of the world.
The ski area is supposed to get about a foot of snow tonight. Should be sweet.
Thanks for the video, Keith.
