Pain is Mandatory, Suffering is Optional

I'm re-reading Chuck Palahniuk's Survivor, its an interesting window into my 14 year old headspace. Brendo and a couple of his friends visited on their cross country road trip.

In other news, I'm really glad to be the age I am now, in the place I am now. I feel so content in my own skin.







Yoga class tonight was so good.

All of the pools of water are collecting into streams, running together, towards the river, the common goal.
