A 553 lb man about 40 years old, who sleeps sitting up due to his size, comes into the ER for severe shortness of breath and sleep apnea (due to his size). Claims not to have any "significant medical issues".
A woman came in to Victoria's Secret yesterday, asks to be measured. I measure her at a 40C. She claims to be a 36DD, accuses me of having a "short tap measure". Buys 36DD bra.
A 24 year old woman comes in to the ER at 10:30 on a recent Saturday night, complaining of moderate abdominal pain and swelling in her abdomen. Also mentions that she hasn't had her period for 6 or 7 months, and has had unprotected sex about 7 months ago. Claims not to be pregnant.
A homeless man in his mid 40's is brought in to the ER in the middle of the night by a concerned citizen. Man blows a .263 (legal limit is .08). Man denies having had anything alcoholic to drink, claims he was poisoned by the concerned citizen.
Another customer at Victoria's Secret. Shopping for underwear for her 12 year old, size 13 daughter. Inquires where the extra small panties are located.
A 20 year old female, 1:24am, BAC of .340, brought in to ER by paramedics called to the scene where she had drunkenly wrapped her car around a tree about an hour earlier. Has bruises in the shape of a seat belt and the top of a steering wheel on her chest. Claims not to have car, or ever have driven a car in her entire life.
People never cease to amaze me.
