I'm trying to focus more on being present.
The sunset tonight was amazing in a understated way.
The past is gone, and the future isn't here yet. The only thing we can do is live this moment, enjoy this time. Worrying isn't going to make anything come to pass any faster or slower. The whole world just is, and that is enough.
The debate tonight was a little disappointing- I was expecting a serious gaff from at least Biden or Palin, but both came off looking remarkably well informed & composed (compared to their usual rhetoric). I thought Biden did a better job overall- some questions Palin would completely ignore the actual question and just talk and talk about meaningless and unrelated issues. Biden's antidotes about being a single parent and his personal tragedy with his first wife were very touching.
I'm excited to vote for the first time- its only a little more than a month away!
The initial results of the HCV-PCR came back 'unreactive'. It looks like I don't have Hepatitis C.
I feel unbelievably free, and so happy and fulfilled with my life. I feel like enough, and I'm excited for tomorrow- I'm going to yoga class!
