"It's no secret that prior to 1989, medical tools were not being routinely sterilized to kill viruses like hepatitis C, and since there was no test for the disease at the time, our blood supply was never screened for it either. Therefore, the use of infected tools and donated blood prior to the 1990's has most certainly infected countless individuals over the years, even while our government continues to bend over backwards attempting to convince the general public that ours is a "drug users disease".

Can you believe this? This means to the surgical instruments used in our births, and any surgery pre-1990 could have been infected with HIV, Hepatitis, or anything else.
